and we've been welcoming guests to the Carolinas since 2021.

It started with one place we loved too much to keep to ourselves. Friends came to stay, told their friends, and hosting slowly became the main thing rather than the side thing. We still handle every booking ourselves, and we still get a quiet thrill when someone messages to say they didn't want to leave.

Today we look after 15 homes across 6 different markets, but the idea hasn't changed: give people somewhere that feels like theirs for a few days, plus the kind of local tips you only get from someone who actually lives here.

At Premier Carolina Properties, we look after a handful of homes in the Carolinas, and we look after the people who stay in them.
We're big on the small things: a spotless place when you walk in, someone local who answers when you message, and recommendations that take you past the tourist trail.
